Great Service
We have just picked up our new car from Jason at Empire. We visited Empire last week to test drive the car upon inspection I found the air filter box had a hole in it, after the test drive Jason said he would get it changed so we brought the car. Jason was very helpful and gave me a call as soon as the part was in. We arranged to collect on the Saturday. We love the car and it's been a smooth process so far.

I have a 3 series bmw m sport my father just passed and my grandad all in 3 weeks i crashed my car in the curb at the hospital pulling away my front bumper my undertray was dragging and my splitter was blitz I thought I was finished and my car I saw there garage asked for some help and they welcomed me in asked me if I was okay popped my car on the ramp repaired my car so it was in good working order and repaired my tyre with in 30 mins and charged my 1/5 th of what a nearby garage quoted me probably the best and most genuine and nicest car sales and repair shop I've ever encountered the lad in the mot bay asked me if I was okay and genuinely cared for my well being the mechanics was funny and honest and real helpful and billy the owner on the front desk was a gentleman this will now be my only place to take my car for repairs or when I need a new car

I chose Empire cars on the strength of google reviews and I am glad I did. Anyone can sell a car, but the measure of dealer quality is what happens when things go wrong. My car developed a serious fault within 2 weeks of purchase despite being very low milage, full service history and having a full AA check pre-purchase. Imran was professional throughout, immediately accepting it back for repair and doing some significant work to get it running again, and then delivering it to me at my house. Imran and the team kept me updated throughout and we're now back on the road. Buying a second hand car can be a dreadful experience, but if you choose Empire cars you will be in safe hands.

Absolutely amazing! As a woman on your own going to look at part x-ing, it can be daunting and you can be spoken to like an idiot (has happened at three other garages). Imram and his team are incredible. I was given a more than a fair deal, treated like an equal and given advice / supported to finalise all paperwork and tax etc.

I will be using them now for deciding and MOT too: a genuine business owner who cares about safety and getting you a fair deal. Customer service is the priority.

Ageing parents with mobility needs have forced me to grow up (okay, I'm 56 but have been able to be selfish about my car choices) and I had to part with my beloved SLC. Empire Cars gave me a fair price and handled my grief sensitively. Only a few weeks ago they also purchased my dad's car as he can no longer drive. Two good experiences. Absolutely lovely and great price on the car. The lady at the desk was amazing and the guy on the test drive was a great laugh. I wanted to drive away that day but with a 2 tyre replacement scheduled, they agreed to knock the price down, supplied tyres and I am going to get them put on at my local garage.
